Cylinder outlets should be fitted with safety covers or antirecoil devices. whenever the cylinderis not connected to the system piping.
(or spares) without discharging may be permitted to be retained in service for a maximum of 12 years from the date of the last hydrostatic test. At the end of 12 years. they must be discharged and retested befare being returned to service
